Understanding pull force

The selected option is labeled 120KG. The supplier lists 120 kg of vertical magnetic pull against a 30 mm steel plate, but another specification states 150 kg. These conflicting figures are not a verified working-load rating or a guarantee of retrieval performance.

Actual holding force depends on the object's material, thickness, surface condition, contact area and pull direction. This magnet attracts suitable magnetic metals, not every type of metal.

Use with care

Strong magnets can cause pinch injuries. Keep away from children, implanted medical devices and magnet-sensitive equipment. Inspect the rope and attachment before use. Do not use for overhead lifting, lifting people or any safety-critical load. Follow the supplier's handling instructions.
