Installation Instructions

Important: surface preparation is required for proper adhesion.

1. Clean the board surface thoroughly and allow to dry completely
2. If your boards are bare wood (a porous surface), seal the surface first with sanding sealer, primer, paint, or another liquid-curable substance — unsealed wood will cause the skin to peel
3. Use the included adhesion test swatch to confirm the skin will bond properly before applying
4. Peel and apply the skin, smoothing out from the centre to avoid bubbles
5. Trim any excess vinyl to fit your board edges precisely
