How It Works

1. Fill the included plant pot with water
2. Place the avocado seed flat-end down into the AvoSeedo bowl
3. Set the AvoSeedo (with seed) into the water-filled pot — it floats at the surface automatically
4. Place in a warm spot with indirect light and wait; top up the water level as needed
5. The avocado pit will begin to germinate in 4–12 weeks — you’ll see the pit crack, a root emerge from the base, and eventually a shoot from the top
6. Once your avocado plant is approximately 20 cm (8 inches) tall and has developed leaves, remove it from the AvoSeedo and transplant it into the same pot filled with potting soil
7. The saucer catches drainage water once the pot is in soil use
