The AvoSeedo 2.0 takes the original AvoSeedo concept and turns it into a character — a bear-shaped germination bowl that makes the avocado seed into a “pet” for children to grow and care for. The bear shape surrounds the avocado pit as it germinates in water, creating a playful, anthropomorphic growing experience that keeps kids engaged through the 4–8 week germination process. Customisable stickers let children personalise their AvoSeedo 2.0 and make it their own.

Like all AvoSeedo products, the 2.0 floats at the water surface automatically, keeping the avocado pit at the correct depth without toothpicks or seed perforation. The redesigned heart-shaped seed holder accommodates avocado seeds of all sizes, preventing the pit from sinking or drying out.

How It Works

1. Decorate your AvoSeedo 2.0 with the included customisable stickers
2. Remove the avocado pit from a ripe avocado and clean off any flesh
3. Place the pit flat-end down into the heart-shaped holder in the AvoSeedo 2.0 bear
4. Set the AvoSeedo 2.0 in any glass or container filled with water — it floats automatically
5. Place in a warm spot with indirect light; top up the water as needed
6. Germination takes approximately 4–8 weeks — the pit will crack, a root will grow from the base, then a shoot from the top
7. Once the plant is approximately 20 cm (8 inches) tall with leaves, transplant to a pot with soil
