AvoSeedo is a buoyant plastic bowl that lets you germinate an avocado seed in water without the traditional toothpick method. Place the avocado seed flat-end down in the AvoSeedo bowl, set it in any glass or container of water, and the bowl floats at the surface automatically — keeping the seed at the correct water depth without constant monitoring or adjustment. Available in four colours: Blue, Evergreen, Pink, and Transparent.

How to Use

1. Remove the avocado pit from a ripe avocado and clean off any flesh
2. Identify the flat end (bottom) and pointed end (top)
3. Place the pit flat-end down into the AvoSeedo bowl
4. Set the AvoSeedo in any glass or container filled with water — it floats at the correct depth automatically
5. Place in a warm spot with indirect light; top up the container water as needed
6. Germination typically takes 4–8 weeks — the pit will crack, a root will emerge from the base, then a shoot from the top
7. Once the plant is approximately 20 cm (8 inches) tall with leaves, transplant to a pot with soil
