Our gentle alcohol-free Saffron and Rose Water Face Toner helps correct and balance the PH balance of your skin and preps it for moisturizing.  It is cleansing and nourishing and purifying without stripping its natural moisture.  It has a soft refreshing and calming Rose and Saffron scent to soothe the senses.

Usage:
