This handy standard receptacle tester features a compact, comfortable, contoured design with neon indicators that display positive indication of circuit status. Compact unit simply plugs into any standard 3 wire or grounded receptacle (110 125 voltage AC circuits) and a succession of yellow and red lights provides indication of circuit status or specifies wiring errors. Lamps reveal 5 common wiring errors including open ground, open neutral, open hot, hot or ground reverse, hot or neutral reverse, as well as correct wiring. Easy to read status chart displayed on both top and bottom of the tester for multiple position viewing.
